Each group needs:

• pencils, one per student
• calculator
• 20/20 Worksheet (PDF), one per student

For the entire class to share:

• Eye Chart (PDF)
• 1 long piece of masking tape or blue tape
• tape measure, to measure a distance of 20 feet
