• 100 mL deionized water

For the entire class to share:

• Chromium metal
• granulated Potassium Alum Powder (or alum powder) (100 g per class for initial experiment)
• Chromium Potassium sulfate dodecahydrate (or chrome alum powder) (100 g per class for initial experiment)
